Refund Policy:
1. Free Evaluation Class: Following the successful completion of your free evaluation
class, take your time to decide if
Just Message Institute is the right fit for you or your child.
2. Payment and Scheduling: Monthly fees are paid in advance, ensuring that you have a
hassle-free experience. Our website system calculates
lessons, generates invoices, and allows for easy payments. Remember, classes can be paused
if fees are not paid on time.
3. Payment Overdue: To maintain the quality of our services, Just Message Institute reserves the
right to suspend classes if payments are overdue
by more than 14 days without a valid excuse.
4. Recommendation gift: If you recommend us to a brother, sister, friend, or even a
neighbor We will give you two hours for free one time in
your course If you recommend two people, we will give you four hours for free.
5. Leave Policy: Any leave is considered paid, and unfortunately, there are no makeup
classes for extended leaves. Our website system
automatically adjusts missed lessons.
6. Absenteeism: If a student misses a class without prior notice (except in emergencies),
the absence will be noted, and makeup classes
can be arranged with the teacher’s availability.
7. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a class, please inform us at least 6 hours
in advance via WhatsApp or Email to avail of a makeup
class.
8. Long-Term Absence: TEgytutor Institute reserves the right to cancel classes if a
student remains absent for more than two weeks without
notice, with no refunds provided.
9. Privacy and Security: Never share your contact information or credit card details with
any teacher. Just Message Institute will not be responsible
for any misuse.
10. Teacher Changes: We reserve the right to change teachers when necessary for quality
teaching purposes.
11. Communication Guidelines: Avoid discussing payments and contact details with teachers
to prevent any potential loss or damage.
12. Policy Revisions: Egytutor Institute may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at
any time. Any updates will be added and communicated
on our website.
13. Applicability: These friendly Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy apply to all
students at Egytutor Institute.
