Refund & Suspension & Compensation Policy

Just A Message Academy is committed to managing subscriptions and educational sessions in a clear and transparent manner that protects the rights of students, parents or guardians, and the Academy. This policy outlines the terms related to suspension, cancellation, compensation, and refunds of paid fees.

1. Subscription and Refunds

Subscriptions are based on the number of sessions and the duration agreed upon at the time of registration. If a refund is requested after the sessions have started, the value of the sessions already provided will be calculated, and the remaining amount may be considered for refund according to the status of the subscription.

2. Sessions Have Not Started

If the subscription has been paid but the sessions have not yet started, a refund request may be submitted. The Academy will review the request before determining the amount eligible for refund.

3. Temporary Suspension

A parent or guardian may request a temporary suspension of the sessions. The suspension period and expected return date must be agreed upon with the Academy. A student’s absence or discontinuation of attendance without notifying the Academy will not be considered a suspension or freezing of the subscription.

After the agreed suspension period ends, the Academy will contact the parent or guardian to confirm the student’s return. If no response is received within 15 days from the end of the suspension period despite attempts to make contact, the Academy reserves the right to consider the subscription terminated and is not obligated to retain the paid amount indefinitely.

4. Student Absence

A student’s absence from a session is not considered a cancellation or suspension of the subscription. In such cases, the Academy’s approved attendance, absence, and compensation policy will apply.

5. Changing the Schedule or Teacher

A request may be made to change the session schedule or teacher. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative based on available schedules and resources. Changing the schedule or teacher does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Cancellation by the Academy

If a session is canceled by the Academy, an alternative session or appropriate compensation will be provided in accordance with the Academy’s approved compensation policy. If an alternative cannot be provided, the Academy will consider refunding the value of the session that was not delivered.

7. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on the Academy’s side, the session will be compensated in accordance with the approved policy. Technical issues related to the student’s device or internet connection will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to the circumstances.

8. Discounts and Special Offers

If the subscription includes a discount or promotional offer, any amount eligible for refund will be calculated based on the actual subscription amount paid after the discount, while taking into consideration the applicable terms and conditions of the offer.

9. Student Progress and Level

The Academy provides education and follow-up according to an educational plan appropriate to the student’s level. The Academy does not guarantee that a specific level of memorization or progress will be achieved within a particular period of time, as progress depends on the student’s attendance, revision, preparation, and commitment to the sessions.

10. Submitting a Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted through the Academy’s officially approved communication channels and should include the student’s details, subscription information, and the reason for the request. The administration will review the request and inform the parent or guardian of the decision and the amount eligible for refund, if any.

11. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be returned through an appropriate payment method in accordance with the Academy’s approved procedures. The time required for the refunded amount to be received may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution involved.

12. Exceptional Cases

The Academy administration may review exceptional cases that are not covered by the provisions above and make an appropriate decision based on the circumstances of each case.
